Born July 31, 1935 in Cook County to the late Pinkney Bomar and Minnie Pearl Brown Phillips, she was a homemaker and member of Rowetown Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Allan Fullerton of Ray City; three daughters, Kris Browning of Alapaha, Donna Cook of Locust Grove, Paula Kilpatrick of Nashville; son, David Fullerton of Nashville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six sisters, Margaret Revels and Melba Fountain, both of Adel, Mary Gray and Linda Webb, both of Nashville, Carolyn Cribb of Dallas, TX, Rebecca Nurff of Indiana; two brothers, P.B. Phillips, Jr. of Willacoochee, Dewayne Phillips of Lake Park. Funeral services were held May 10 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. "Farther Along" and "Beulah Land" were played on CD. Interment was in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Mickey Gray, Charlie Gray, Jeff Cribb, Tony Parker, Greg Taylor, Doug Chason. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
