 Chad Wilson Gaskins, 39 of Adel passed away Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011 in 
Nashville.
 He was born July 31, 1971 in Lowndes County to Bobby Alan and Cathy Atwill 
Metts Gaskins. He was a Route Carrier with Flowers Baking Company. He was an 
avid sportsman who loved to hunt and fish. He truly loved spending time with 
his children, especially when his son, Will would go on the bread route with 
him. He attended The Nashville Mission.
 He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Register Gaskins of Adel; daughter, 
Stevie Gaskins, Adel; son, Will Gaskins, Adel; mother, Cathy Gaskins, 
Nashville; father, Bobby Gaskins, Nashville; brother, Bobby (Virlene) 
Gaskins, Jr., Nashville; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Bobby Dee 
Register, Adel; sister-in-law, Lisa (Eric) Willis, Adel; two nieces, 
McKinley Gaskins, Nashville, Morgan Willis, Adel; nephew, Chandler Gaskins,  
Nashville.
 Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 in the 
Chapel of Lovein  Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Newbern officiating. A 
eulogy was given by Steve Connell. New Tradition sang "My Hope is Anchored 
in the Blood."  Songs on CD included "Almost Home," "I can Only Imagine," "I 
Will Praise You in This Storm, and "How to Say Goodbye."
 Pallbearers were Steve Connell, Eric Willis, Michael Danforth, Jeff 
Gaskins, Mark Redingher, Ramie Jowers, Robbie Brooks.
 Honorary pallbearers were Timmy Spells, Derek Gaskins, Denny Ray Gaskins, 
Rad Jowers.
 Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held this 
evening from 7-9 p.m. 
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
