 John Harold Grant, 71, of Nashville passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015, at South 
Georgia Medical Center.
 Mr. Grant was born July 28, 1943, to the late Ira Hill and Stella Elizabeth 
DeHart Grant. He was of the Free Will Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, 
he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Jean Grant; one daughter, Paula 
Litchfield; one brother, Fred Grant; and one sister, Martha Jean Shepherd.
 Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Daniels of Nashville; one son, Brian h. 
Grant of North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Candice Daniels of Nashville, 
Johnathon Daniels of Valdosta, Scott Daniels of Adel, Michael Litchfield, 
Patrick Litchfield, Kaitlynn Grant, and Briann Grant, all of North Caolina; 
eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret (Bill) Jenkins of Nebo, N.C.
 A memorial service will be held at a later date.
