  Dorothy Hiers Gray, 61, of Nashville, Ga., passed away Wednesday, March 3, 
2010, at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in 
Tifton to the late Harry and Lillian Tucker Hiers. She was a member of Guthrie B
Baptist Church and was preceded in death by three children, Edwin Gray, Hope G
Gray, Dorsey Gray; and a sister, Mildred Castleberry.
 Survivors include her husband, Don Gray of Nashville; two sons, Mikael Gray, 
Donnie Gray, both of Nashville; granddaughter, Brittany Gray, Lakeland;
great-granddaughter, Hope Gray, Lakeland; three sisters and brothers
granddaughter, Hope Gray, Lakeland; three sisters and brothers-in-law, 
Elizabeth and Rancil Taylor Nashville, Martha and Curt Skinner, Nashville, 
Louise Lane, Moultrie; two brothers, Harvey Hiers, Ronnie Hiers, both of N
Nashville.
 Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 5, 2010, in the Lakeland 
Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Poplar Springs Cemetery. The 
family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland in charge of arrangements.
