 Nora Mae Griffin, 67, of Nashville died Sept. 21, 2009, at Memorial 
Convalescent Center of Adel.
 Born April 26, 1942, in Thomas County to the late Charlie Edward and Ester 
Mae Pollock Brock, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a 
former resident of Monticello, FL and was married to the late William Griffin.
 Survivors include one daughter, Denise Griffin of Gretna, FL; two sisters, 
Doris Conrad of Nashville and Margaret Church of New Mexico; two brothers and 
one sister-in-law, Marion and Katie Brock and Carl Brock all of Wakulla, FL. 
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Brook and Cecil Brock.
 The family has honored her request for cremation.
 A memorial service will be held Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. at Ruth Forrester 
Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Williams officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
