I. Griffin Died at Nashville A report was received here today of the death of Mrs. George I. Griffin at her home at Nashville, after a long period of ill-health. She has been gradually growing worse for several months and while her death was not a great surprise, it was a shock to her many friends in Berrien and surrounding counties. Mrs. Griffin was about sixty years of ages and is survived by her husband and nine children, besides many other relatives. Before her marriage she was a Miss Hendley and she has many friends on that side of her family. She was an aunt of Mr. Tom J. Griffin, of this city. She was a consistent member of the Christian church and died in the faith. Her remains will be buried this afternoon at Flat Creek church cemetery. Her death causes much sorrow among a wide circle of friends.
