  Lynda Gayle Barrentine Griffin, 70, of Enigma passed away Wednesday, April 8, 
2015, at Tift Regional Medical Center.
 Mrs. Griffin was born February 5, 1945, in Ocilla, the daughter of the late 
Thomas and Ruth Grantham Barrentine. She was also preceded in death by a 
brother, James Barrentine and two sisters, Nora Kitchen and Betty Ann Lee. She 
was a homemaker and a member of Enigma Baptist Church.
 Survivors include her husband, Jason Griffin of Enigma, one son and daughter-
in-law, Michael and Kay Griffin of Thomasville; one daughter and son-in-law, 
Tina and Lance Ward of Nashville; three grandchildren, Parker Haughton and Cory 
Rogers, both of Nashville, and Julie Ann Griffin and her fiance',   Clay Coates 
of Jacksonville, FL.
 Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 11 at Enigma Baptist 
Church with Rev. Pete Jones and Rev. Gerald Purvis officiating.
 interment was in Mount Paron Baptist Church Cemetery in Alapaha.
 Serving as pallbearers were her grandsons and nephews.
 Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
