 Arlie G. Griner, 66, of Valdosta died November 19, 2004 at South Georgia 
Medical Center in Valdosta.

 Born July 2, 1938 in Berrien County to the late A.J. and Florene Sims Griner, 
he was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

 Survivors include his wife, Bettye Copeland Griner of Valdosta; son and 
daughter-in-law, Gary and D'Ann Griner of Valdosta; and two granddaughters, 
Kayla Griner and Connie Griner of Valdosta.

 A graveside service was held November 22 at 1 p.m. at Riverview Memorial 
Gardens with Rev. Jerry Knight officiating.

 Carson McLane Funeral Home of Valdosta was in charge of arrangements.
