She was born Jan. 26, 1905 in Berrien Co. to Charles Tomberlin and Ruby Lewis. She was the widow of Foster Key Griner, who dies in 1963, a homemaker and a member of Flat Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Loudell Nix and Sara Frances Dykes, both of Nashville; three sons, Foster Key Griner, Jr., Buie Griner both of Nashville and Charles Griner of Valdosta; four sisters, Mary Potter and Cornelia McCormick both of Jupiter, FL, Frances Manhart, Orange Park, FL, and Florence Massengill, Vero Beach, FL; 10 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. Funeral service's will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Flat Creek Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Gary James and the Rev. Jesse Stalvey will officiate. Interment will follow in Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today with the family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m.. Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
