 Mary Heath Griner, 84, of Alapaha died Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at her 
residence.
 She was born march 27, 1931, in Berrien County to the late Clifton and Rosa 
Fender Heath. She was a retired teacher with the Berrien County Board of 
Education and was the widow of Olen Griner who died in 1983. She was also 
preceded in death by three brothers, William, Clifton and Johnny Heath; and one 
sister, Melba Ray.
 She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Donald) Foster of Dacula; three sons, 
:Larry (Gwen) Griner, Darrell (Christine) Griner, and Billy Griner (Tina) 
Griner, all of Alapaha; two sisters, Linda hall of Alapaha and Jean Strickland 
of Jacksonville, FL; three brothers, Thomas Heath and Elwood Heath of Alapaha 
and Elton Heath of Ray City; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held on Friday, October 30, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of 
Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Stone and Rev. Garvie Nichols, Jr. 
officiating.
 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
