Hall, 86, of Nashville died June 14, 2004 at his residence. Born September 10, 1917 in Berrien County to the late William Allen and Mattie Rowan Hall, he was a retired farmer and attended Bethel Holiness Church. Survivors include his wife, Hazel Odom Hall of Nashville; one daughter, Barbara Cross of Nashville; three sisters, Naomi Lusher and Evelyn Miller, both of Nashville, and Hattie Bradley of Marietta; five grandchildren, five great- grandchildren. Funeral services were held June 16 at 11 a.m. at Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Donnie Sloan, Tye Sorrow and Kenneth Mathews officiating. Tye Sorrow sang "My Country," Elton Singletary sang "That Old Ship of Zion," the Pafford Family sang "Some Day Soon," "A Place to Spend the Night," "He'll Hold to my Hand," and "Oh What A Saviour," Linda Hall, Mr. Hall's daughter-in-law, served as pianist. Interment was in Poplar Springs Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Patrick Cross, Jamie Hughes, Scott Sellars, Chris Metcalf, Mark Lusher, Roger Odom, Brad Warren. Honorary pallbearers were Farrell Harper, Loyce Walker, Don Simmons, Rudolph Cornelius, Eston Dennis, William Guthrie, Floyd Tanner, Lamar Booth, Teddy Pierce, Wilson Connell, Alton Rowan, W.E.
