Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Spikes and the Rev. Jimmy S Sharp. Burial with full military honors will follow at Nashville Memorial G Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Jacob Paulk sang "I'll Be Home Before Dark," and the congregation sang "Nearer M My God To Thee" and "Where We'll Never Grow Old," accompanied by Becky Penn, p pianist. Mr. Hamilton was born Oct. 23, 1932 in Berrien County to the late Jesse Austin Hamilton and Adabelle Griffin. He was a retired T/Sgt. with the U.S. Air Force a and served in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of Nashville Post V.F.W. Mr. Hamilton is survived by his wife, Viola Sapp Hamilton of Nashville; two stepdaughters, Jeannie Ashworth of Quitman and Margaret Tucker of Adel; three stepsons, James Ashworth of Nashville, Rodney Watson of Lakeland and Robert Watson of Nashville; 11 step grandchildren; and six great-step grandchildren.
