    Clarence Hancock, 84, of Tifton died Wednesday February 22, 2012 at his r
residence. 
 He was born August 21, 1927 in Cook County to the late Jessie Hancock and the 
late Mattie Lee Walker. He retired from Nashville Mills and was a member of 
Vickers Church. He was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by a son: 
Chris Hancock and 3 sisters: Mozelle Gilbert, Maude Akridge, and Louise Carey. 
 He is survived by his wife: Susan Hancock of Tifton; daughter: Marie (Johnny) 
King of Enigma; son: Craig (Jo Ann) Hancock of Alapaha; 2 step sons: Henry Lee 
of Malaysia, and Steve Lee of New York; step daughter: Fuiming (Christopher 
Chan) Lee of Malaysia; 2 sisters: Ola Belle (Dominic) Sanchez of Chicago, IL 
and Anna Merle Peshera of Palatka, FL; 7 grandchildren: Adam (Natalie) Hancock, 
Justin (Casey) Hancock, Scotty King, Kristen Hancock, Lori (Steve) Winburn, T
Terrance Chan, and Rev. Rebecca King; 10 great grandchildren: Will, Daniel, M
Mattie, Becky, Tiffany, Jenna Blake, Skylar, Alexander, Anthony, and Eli; 2 g
great grandchildren: Madison and Skylar. 
 Funeral services will be held Saturday February 25, 2012 at 2 PM in the Chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Rebecca King and the Rev. Ronnie Lawson o
officiating. Interment will follow in the Vickers Cemetery. 
 Visitation is Friday from 7 to 9 PM
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
