She was born Nov. 30, 1925, in Dodge County to the late W.B. Spinks and the late Bess Parker Spinks. She was a homemaker and was employed for many years with Nashville Textile. She was a member of Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of William Ardford Hardeman, who died on April 14, 1986. She is survived by two sons, William Hardeman of Fitzgerald and Lee Roy Hardeman of Talladega, Ala.; a sister, Tanzy Lord of New Port Richey, Fla; five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Junior Swain and the Rev. Phillip Simmons. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald. Pallbearers were Art Hardeman, William Hardeman, Deran Hardeman, Craig Hardeman, Caleb Hardeman, Lee Roy Hardeman.
