 Catherine Roland Harper, 84, of Nashville, passed away Thursday, February 25, 
2010, at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born March 15, 1925, in 
Berrien County, Ga., to the late George and Martha Price Roland. She retired in 
1986 from Metal Products in Adel, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her 
husband, Wiley Harper; great-granddaughter, Jennifer Stone; daughter, Shirley 
Stone; son-in-law, Wilson "Buddy" Stone; three brothers, Luther Roland, Julian 
Roland, and William Henry Roland.  Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, 
JoAnn and Danny Lee of Lakeland, Ga.; son and fiance, Wiley Ricky Harper and 
Angel Brown of Nashville, Ga.; grandchildren, Dana and Jamie Luke, Jammie and 
Mandy Cook, Brenda and Buck Warren, Junior and Debra Stone; seven
great-grandchildren; and three sisters, 
grandchildren; and three sisters, Maudell Rouse of Valdosta, Ga.,, Mattie 
Rogers of Engima, Ga., and Ludell Degolyer of Leesburg, Fla. Funeral services 
will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2010, in the Knights Memorial 
Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Westview Cemetery. The family will 
receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, February 27, 2010, from 6-8 p.m.
