 Mary Ruth Cornelius Burnsed Harrell, 90, died August 21, 2014.
 A native of Nashville, she was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, FL. She was 
a member of Long Bridge Primitive Baptist Church as well as a member of 
Jacksonville Heights Baptist for over 50 years. She sold Stanley Home Products 
for over 50 years. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star-WestConnett 
Chapter #247 and DAR (War Mothers) and was a friend to all and helpful to 
everyone she met. She is predeceased by her parents, B.F. and Annie Jane 
Cornelius; husbands, Lee Burnsed, who she married Nov. 3,1940, he died in 1994, 
and J.B. Harrell, who she married Feb. 8, 1997, he died in 1998; and two 
children, Phillip and Richard Burnsed.
 She is survived by her son and his wife, Joe and Pat Burnsed; daughter, Pat 
Smith; six grandsons, Joe Burnsed, Jr. (Jung Sook), Alan Burnsed, Jr., Daniel 
Burnsed, Lindsey Burnsed, Hailey Burnsed, Natalia Burnsed, Benjamin Smith, 
Shalen Smith, Mallory Smith, Breden Smith, and Brooklyn Smith.
 Funeral services were held August 23 at 10 a.m. at Fraser Funeral Home with 
Pastor Paul Schmitting officiating. 
 Interment followed at 3 p.m. at LongBridge Cemetery in Nashville.
 Fraser Funeral Home of Jacksonville was in charge of arrangements.
