 Margie Harsey, 83, of Nashville died January 26, 2008 at her residence.
 Born June 15, 1924 in Emanuel Co. to the late Archie Gordon and Minnie Hooks 
Hudson, she was a homemaker and retired educator with the Berrien County Board 
of Education. She was a member of Nashville First Baptist Church.
 Survivors include her husband, Troy William Harsey of Nashville; three 
daughters and two sons-in-law, Belinda Hendley of Valdosta, Marcia and Kenny 
Hughes and Mary and Richard Surrency, all of Nashville; one son and daughter-
in-law, Stanley and Vicki Harsey of Alapaha; seven grandchildren, William, 
Timothy, Michael, Whitney, Christi, James, Marc; one sister, Oceil Turner of 
Jacksonville, FL. She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers, 
Mayo Hudson, Alvin Hudson, Mazie Hudson, Jeff Hudson, Vivian Hendricks, Olin 
Hudson.
 Funeral services were held Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. at Nashville First Baptist 
Church with the Revs. Don Bowick, Stanley Luke and David Akins officiating. 
Piano music was provided by Ginger Carter.
 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were Billy Hill, Don Haskins, Talmadge Sutton, Jackson Moore, 
Marcus Hayes, Thomas Parr.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
