 Toby Keith Hawkins, 18, of Nashville, died January 22, 2014, at his residence.
 He was born August 7, 1995, in Cook County to Jay Wendell Hawkins and Kathy Ann 
Bennett. He loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. “You will live in our 
hearts forever and we will miss you, “Chubby,” Mommy will never forget you and 
we love you, “Bubba.” Gone to be an angel and never forgotten,”
 He is survived by his mother, Kathy Bennett Garcia of Nashville; father, jay 
Hawkins (Brenda Powell) of Nashville; brother, Jay Hawkins, Jr. (Shay Catlett) 
of Nashville; maternal grandparents, Billy Jack and Clara Bennett of Nashville; 
paternal grandfather, J.W. Hawkins of Willacoochee; aunts and uncles, Allan and 
Renee Bennett, Keith and Kim Bennett, Melinda and Scott Womack, Melissa 
Rutherford and Freddy Perez, Ray and Lisa Hawkins; close friends, Haley Bennett 
and Brian Burch; many cousins and friends.
 The family appreciate your thoughts and prayers. A memorial service will be 
held at a later date.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
