 Robert Eugene “Bob” Hawkins, 75, of Ray City, died Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 
his residence.
 He was born November 17, 1939, in Murray County to the late Mary Belle Smith 
Hawkins. He was a retired truck driver and farmer for Nashville Milling Company. 
He was of the Baptist faith and a United States Air Force Veteran.
 He is survived by his wife, Mary Gray Hawkins of Ray City; two daughters, Lisa 
(Tony) Scrivens and Caroling (Joe) Cook both of Ray City; son, Rob (Shannon) 
Hawkins of Ray City; three grandchildren, Quade Hawkins, Ethan Hawkins and 
Maddison Cook; sister-in-law, Betty Pearson of Nashville of Nashville.
 Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 28 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of 
Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Scotty Mathis officiating.
 Interment was in Nashville Memorial Gardens.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
