 Charles Raymond Hayes, 64, of Nashville, died March 20, 2013, at Berrien 
County Hospital.
 He was born March 5, 1949, in Cook County to the late William Elmer and Fannie 
Mae Day Hayes. He was employed with MSI in Tifton, J.H. Harvey Co.  in 
Nashville, and was retired from the Berrien County Board of Education 
Maintenance Division at Berrien Middle School. He was a member of Ruth Forester 
Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by  brother, Carroll Hayes, 
and two sisters, Fay Gaskins and Nell Sumner.
 He is survived by his wife, Wilma May Hayes of Nashville; son, Josh Hayes of 
Nashville; two grandchildren, Caleb and Anslie Hayes; three sisters, Myrtice 
Macgregor of Kissimmee, FL, Donna Lyons of Warner Robbins, GA, and Joan Hester 
of Adel; three brothers, Edward Hayes, Donald Hayes and Johnny Hayes, all of 
Adel.
 Funeral services were held March 23 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral 
Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating.
 Interment followed in Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
