 Phillip Wade Heath, 57, of Tifton died Friday, October 30, 2015, at Berrien 
Nursing Center.
 He was born July 19, 1958, in Tift County to the late William Franklin Heath 
and the late Gladys Louvenia Carver. He was retired from Nashville mills as a 
machinist for 32 years and was a faithful employee. He is preceded in death by a 
brother, Kenneth Heath.
 He is survived by two daughters, April Solomon and Dena Vickers, both of 
Douglas; sister, Sylvia (David) Green of Tifton; brother, Steve Heath of 
Willacoochee; five grandchildren, Austin, Adam, Brice, Emma and Dawson.
 Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 1 at 3:30 p.m. at New Griffin 
Missionary Baptist Church with the Bro. Willie Heath officiating.
 Interment was in Brogdon Cemetery.
