 Jack Dempsey Hendley, 89, of Powder Springs died May 18, 2011.
 Born in Nashville to the late Willie and Lottie Roberts Hendley, he was a 
veteran of the United States Navy during WWII. He was preceded in death by his 
wife of over 49 years. Mary Nell Hendley and his daughter, Ann.
 Survivors include his daughters, Jean Mauney, Alice Caskey, Brenda Miller, 
sons, David Hendley and DeRoy Moon; 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; a
br
a brother and sisters; many nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services were held May 21 at 1 p.m. at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Hom
Home Chapel with Pastor Snyder Turner officiating.
 Interment was in Sandy Springs UMC Cemetery.
 Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home of Marietta was in charge of arrangements.
