 Frank Herndon, 91, of Nashville died March 17, 2005 at Memorial Hospital of 
Adel.

 Born April 1, 1913 in Reform, AL to the late George Washington and Vera Harper 
Herndon, he was retired from the U.S. Air Force as Master Sgt., Marine 
Logistics Base in Albany. He was married to the late Edna Bell Herndon.

 Survivors include three sons, Phillip Herndon of Nashville, Ronnie Herndon of 
Leesburg, Billy Herndon of Albany; one brother, Dennis Herndon of Marietta; 
three sisters; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.

 A graveside service was held March 18 at Andersonville National Cemetery.

 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
