The Berrien Press -- Douglas Benjamin Hodges, 55, of Nashville died April 7, 
2006 at his residence.
 Born July 25, 1950 in Henry County, VA to Ella Vernell Perdue Wheeler of 
Hahira and the late Doc Benjamin Hodges, he was a service station attendant 
and small appliance technician. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps 
serving in Vietnam.
 Survivors, in addition to his mother, included his wife, Samantha Lyons 
Hodges of Nashville; one daughter, Tammy Jean Hodges of Arizona; one son, 
Johnny Lee Hodges of Arizona; one sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and 
Donnie Cunndiff of Rocky Mount, VA; one brother and sister-in-law, Marvin and 
Kim Hodges of Hahira. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Lynn 
Hodges.
 Funeral services were held April 10 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwight Bishop officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
