 Lillian B. Holley, 83, died Sept. 1, 2009 in a local nursing home.
 Born in Berrien County to the late William and Louise B. Boyd, she had lived i
in Houston County since 1963 and had worked at several textile plants including t
the Austin Lee Company in Ft. Valley. Her love was her family. She was married t
to the late Joseph F. "Snooks" Holley.
 Survivors include her children, Alaine Farmer of Perry and Bobby J. Taylor of 
Elko; siblings, Mildred Wortham of Ft. Valley, Robert Boyd of Nashville, 
Talmadge Boyd of Valdosta, Eloise Hughes of Nashville, Huey Dean Boyd of 
Willacoochee; grandchildren, Norma Maddox, Jerri Taylor-Elkins, Brandon Farmer, 
Courtney Coleman and Jillian Farmer; great grandchildren, Crystal Corfee, 
Bobbie Maddox, Levi Browning, Cade Browning, and Sohia Farmer; great-great g
grandchild, Ava Corfee. She was preceded in death by a brother, Carlos Boyd.
 Funeral services were held Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with R
Rev. Brandon Farmer officiating.
 Watson-Hunt Funeral Home of Perry was in charge of arrangements.
