Born November 11, 1929 in Berrien County to the late Leo and Clera Ray Fountain, she was a homemaker and attended Nashville Mission and New Fellowship Church. Survivors include her husband, William Derrell "Bill" Hollis of Nashville; three special nephews who she raised as her own children, Timothy Fountain and Stanley Fountain, both of Nashville, Jeff Fountain of Colorado Springs, CO; one sister, Leola Nolan of Nashville; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers. Funeral services were held Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. John Exum and Terry Hesters provided selected music. Interment was in Westview Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Ray Hesters, Tommy Watson, Larry Watson, Bud Whitley, Buck Warren, Michael Bailey. Honorary pallbearers Darrel Walker, Terry Hesters, Rudolph Cornelius, Robert Lavender, Mel Tucker, Carl Pafford, Charlie Bryant. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
