Louise Hughes, 86, of Nashville passed away Thursday, June 4, 2009, at Park 
Regency Assisted Living in Moultrie. She was born on Oct. 2, 1922, in Dodge 
County to the late Sollie and Minnie Trippe Howell. She was a homemaker, 
member of Oakey Grove Primitive Baptist Church; and active in the V.F.W. 
Ladies Auxiliary. She was the widow of T.C. Hughes who died Dec. 16, 2006. She 
is survived by two daughters, Mary Nell Truett of Moultrie, Lunett McSwain, 
Covington; one son, Terry Hughes, Valdosta; eight grandchildren, Janet Gay, 
Teresa Beall, Paul Truett, Jr., Darrell Truett, Matt Hughes, Alexis Hughes, 
Sean McSwain, Lisa McSwain; five great-grandchildren, Justin Gay, Railey 
Hughes, Kenly Hughes, Bailey Truett and Brynn McSwain. Funeral service will be 
held Saturday, June 6, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Vernon Hughes and the Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. Interment 
will be held in Westview Cemetery
Active pallbearers were Jason Smith, Danny Gay, Greg Beall, Matt Hughes, Sean 
McSwain, Darrell Truett. 
 Honorary pallbearers were Earl Hughes, Robert Hughes, C.H. Knight, Wayne 
Cook, Ira Shealey, Danny Sparks. Visitation will be held this evening from 7-9 
p.m. - Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville
