The Berrien Press -- Brenda Gail Jones, 61, of Nashville died August 5, 2007 
at Tift Regional Medical Center.
 Born August 29, 1945 in Altoona, AL to Ola Mae Murray of Adel and the late 
Lee Carmell Landress, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
 Survivors, in addition to her mother, include one son, James Jones of Adel; 
three daughters, Judy Napier of Eldorado, Brenda Wilson of Nashville, Donna 
Wilcox of Tifton; her stepfather, Kenneth Murray of Adel; three brothers, Joey 
Landress of Sparks, Alvin Landress of Brookfield, Bobby Landress of Cedar Key, 
FL; one sister, Jane Towns of Adel; eight grandchildren, Kristina Aque of 
Eldorado, Patrick Deal of Shady Hills, FL, Jennifer Edge and Justin Dean, both 
of Nashville, Joy Leanne Wilcox and James Malachi Jones, both of Adel, 
Christopher Bentley and Tommy Bentley, both of Tifton; six great-
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lillian Breniece.
 Funeral services were held August 7 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Boone-Lipsey 
Funeral Home with the Revs. James Rice and Ted Graham officiating. Musical 
selections included "Go Rest High on that Mountain," "When I Get Where I'm 
Going," "Arms of An Angel," and "Meet By the River."
 Pallbearers were James Jones, John Wilson, Aaron Napier, Larry Town, Jimmy 
Brady, Alvin Landress, Joe Landress, David Edge.
 Interment was in Greggs Church Cemetery in Cook County.
 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
