 NASHVILLE -- Perry Lee Jones, 79, of Nashville passed away Wednesday, May 2, 
2007, at Memorial Convalescent Center in Adel. 
  He was born on Aug. 2, 1927 in Berrien County to the late Irwin and LuVicy 
Starling Jones. He was a retired carpenter, Navy veteran of WWII and a member 
of Flat Creek Baptist Church. He was the widower of Lois Jones who died in 1983.
  He is survived by two daughters, Janice Jones of Clarksville, TN., Teresa 
Smith of Sparks; one son, Jerry Jones, Nashville; four grandchildren, Catrice 
Pinson, Becky Jones, Bryan Jones, Tommy Smith Jr. and three great-
grandchildren, Savannah Beal, Dylan Beal, Caley Pinson.
  Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2007 in the Chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary James and the Rev. Willie Heath 
officiating. Interment will be held in Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 
held this evening from 7-9 p.m.
