  Fred Walter Kelly, 79, of Nashville, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at Memorial 
Convalescent Center of Adel. He was born Nov. 5, 1928, in Berrien County to the 
late George Washington Kelley and the late Marcie Harnage Kelly. He was retired 
from Chaparral Boats, McCranie-Griner Chevrolet and Harvey’s Supermarkets. He 
is survived by his daughter, Lucy Stephens of Nashville; two sisters, Elizabeth 
Sutton of Quitman and Willie Mae Bennett of Nashville; three grandchildren, 
Tammy Exum, Abbie Dykes and Billy Bowen Jr.; ten great-grandchildren, Ryan 
Bowen, Taylor Harper, Tye Bowen, Cortney Bowen, Cory Browning, Carey Browning, 
John Dykes, Casey Lindsey, Becky Lindsey and Matthew Exum.Services will be held 
at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the 
Rev. Junior Swain. Interment will be in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers 
were Corey Browning, Ryan Bowen, Kyle Pearson, Larry Stone, John Dykes, Jamie 
Exum, Tony Stone, Stevie Stone.
 Visitation is Sunday from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour. 
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
