 David Kelly, Sr., 62, of Nashville died April 5, 2013, at his residence.
 He was born September 13, 1950, in Sunny South, Alabama. He honorably served 
in Vietnam with the United States Marine Corps and for many years had been 
employed at Winnersville Roofing.
 He is survived by his wife, Penny Kelly of Nashville; six daughters, Christina 
Hatcher of Valdosta, Samantha Kelly and fiancé Johnathan Keen, and Saprina 
Evans and husband Trey, all of Ray City, Amanda Clark and husband Michael, 
Elizabeth Kelly, and Wendy Kelly and fiancé, Kenneth Brewer, Jr., all of 
Nashville; one son, David Kelly, Jr. of Nashville; 12 grandchildren; and his 
canine companion, Sam. He was preceded in death by his parents, LaRue and 
Jimmie Lou Carter.
 A graveside service will be held at Riverview Memorial Gardens at a time and 
date to be announced.
 Carson McLane Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
