 NASHVILLE - Cleo Kent, 75, of Nashville died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009 at her 
residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Flat Creek 
Baptist Church with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey and the Rev. Gary James 
officiating. Burial will follow at Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 
7 to 9 tonight at Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville. Mrs. Kent was born Oct. 14, 
1934 in Berrien County to the late Thomas Morgan Rowan and Rosa Hall. She was 
also preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Rowan. She was a homemaker and a 
retired dietitian with the Berrien County Board of Education. She was a member 
of Flat Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Kent is survived by her husband, John Thomas Ken
Kent of Nashville; sons, Jon Kent and Keith Kent, both of Nashville; brothers, Dub
Dub Rowan of Nashville, Bobby Rowan of Warner Robins, Jackie Rowan of Valdosta and
and Earnest Rowan of Jacksonville, Fla.; sisters, Elma Taylor of Nashville and Bet
Betty Pagdett of Columbus; and grandchildren, Kyle, Randy and Kristin.
 Pallbearers were Doug Carter, Wayne Roberts, Joe Allen Kent, Robbie Dasher, Gr
Gregg Exum, James Rutherford, Charles Bryan, Billy Nix.
Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements.
