 Rose Kohler, 83, of Nashville died June 20, 2013 at Berrien Nursing Center.
 Born April 3, 1930 in Berrien County to the late Ben and Viola Hughes 
Benefield, she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin 
(Herb) Kohler; son, Donald Griner; six sisters, Eunie Gaskins, Lillian Durrance
Durrance, Ruby White, Myrtice Benefield, Aline Brooks, Gladys Gabel’ two 
brothers, Buren Benefield and Junior Benefield. She will be dearly missed by 
her family who are thankful she received Jesus as her Savior and is no longer 
suffering.
 She is survived by two grandchildren, Nathan and Nicole Griner and two great 
grandchildren, all of who reside in California.
 A memorial service was held June 23 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral 
Home with the Rev. Vernon Hughes officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge  of arrangements.
