Lantis, 75, of Nashville passed away December 11, 2014, at South Georgia Medical 
Center Berrien Campus.
 He was born May 29, 1939, to the late Charles and Vivian Wilson Lantis. He 
owned and operated Lantis Heat and and Air and was a member of Poplar Springs 
Primitive Baptist Church. Along with his parents, Charles is preceded in death 
by a brother, Johnny Lantis.
 Survivors include his finance, Jo Beth Hand of Nashville; step-daughter and 
son-in-law, Sonya and Mike Thomason of Nashville; step-daughter and son-in-law, 
Donna and Chris Brady of Nashville; daughter-in-law, Missy Lantis of Naylor; 
daughter, Teresa Melligan of Alabama; granddaughter, Caitlin Webb of Valdosta; 
step-granddaughter, Alley Shealey of Nashville; step-granddaughter, Tara Brady 
Nashville; step-grandson, Wyatt Brady of Nashville; step-grandson, Blake 
Thomason of Nashville; step-grandson, Rhett Thomason of Nashville; brother, 
Vernon Lantis and Jim Lantis, both of NE; sister-in-law, Jeanette Lantis of NE.
 Funeral Services were held December 15 at 2 p.m. at Poplar Springs Missionary 
Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
