  Myrtice Clara Lasseter, 75, of Nashville passed away Monday, May 3, 2004, at 
South Georgia Medical Center.

 She was born on May 19, 1928, in Berrien County to Dewitt W. and Myrtice 
Roberts Fountain.

 She was a homemaker and retired office manager for Dickson International 
Tractor Co., worked as the office manager for the M.E. Perry Co., worked as a 
cashier for Connell Grocery and as a clerk for A. Levin Department Store. She 
was a member of the Nashville United Methodist Church and had been a member of 
the Wesleyan Service Guild since 1947. She was the widower of Robert 
Morrison "Rob" Lasseter who died Jan. 7, 2002.

 She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Emory F. and Carolyn Lasseter 
of Curtice, Ohio; sister, Maxine Chaplin of Charleston, SC; and several nieces 
and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Laura Elder and Patsy 
Jones who resided in Melbourne, FL; and two brothers, Dewitt Fountain Jr. and 
Edison Fountain, who resided in Nashville.

 Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 2004, in the chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Trawick officiating. Burial will 
be held in Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 3 p.m. today with 
the family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m.

 Active pallbearers were Rob Lasseter, Dave Tyson, Jess Brantley, Cameron 
Tyson, Daniel Lasseter, Patrick Lasseter.

 Honorary pallbearers were Larry Kent, Guy Martin, Bill Hollis, Wendell Spells, 
Eddie Dorminey, Billy Nix.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
