Born September 27, 1951 in Pulaski, VA to Charles Miller, Sr. and Mary Miller, both of Falls Church, VA, she was a member of Knights Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to the late Houston Leaf. Survivors, in addition to her parents, include on son, Tony Webb; two step- sons, James Leaf and Wesley Leaf, both of Tifton; two brothers, David Miller of Falls Church and Charles Miller, Jr. of Chester, MD; three sisters, Susan Miller of Reston, VA, Patricia Miller of Falls Church, Barbara Halberstam of Fairfax, VA; three grandchildren. Funeral services were held March 25 at 11 a.m. at Knights memorial Missionary Baptist Church. Ann Miley sang "Amazing Grace," Bryan Suggs sang "Go Rest High on That Mountain," Geraldine May sung "Come Spring." and Junior and Bell Palmer sang "I'll Fly Away." Interment was in Flat Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers were Tony Webb, John Horton, Terry Brogdon, Gary Budington, Danny Lee, Jimmy Long. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
