 Goldie Pauline Browning Lee, 82, of Hephzibah died May 7, 2009.
 She was the daughter of the late William Leon and Theny Ray Browning and a m
member of First Christian Church.
 Survivors include her husband, Johnnie S. Lee of Hephzibah; two sons and 
daughters-in-law, Larry G. and Mary M. Lee of Hephzibah and Johnny D. and Emmie 
Lee of Jonesboro; brother, Leon Browning, Jr; sister-in-law, Brenda Browning of 
Hephzibah; half-sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Joe Lombino of Atlanta; thr
three grandchildren, Larry G. Lee, Jr., Margaret M. Lee, both of Hephzibah, and Mel
Melissa Lee of New York City, NY; niece and her husband Pamela and Chris Gay of Hep
Hephzibah; many other nieces and nephews.
 A funeral service was held May 9 at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church with Rev. Ch
Charlie Cochran officiating.
 Interment was held May 11 at 12 noon at Nashville Memorial Gardens.
 Poteet Funeral Home of Augusta was in charge of arrangements.
