  The Berrien Press -- Cassandra "Cassie" Lindsey, 45, of Adel died November 
12, 2006 in an auto accident.
  Born August 9, 1961 in Cook County to the late Cecil Howard Powers and 
Melanie Dianne Faulk, she was employed with Chaparral Boats and was of the 
Baptist faith.
  Survivors include her husband, Michael "Mike" Scott Lindsey of Adel; one son 
and daughter-in-law, Dillard and Kristy Gandy of Adel; two step-daughters, Dawn 
Green and Kim Brionse, both of Adel; three brothers, Michael Spivey of 
Jacksonville, FL, Chris Powers and Scott Powers, both of Moultrie; three 
sisters, LaJuana Hart of Nashville, Sonya Taylor of Adel, Kitrina Giddens of 
Willacoochee; seven grandchildren, Saige Gandy, Christian Gandy, Taylor Gandy, 
Maddox Gandy, Anthony Lopez, Kaitlin Brionse, Ethan Greene, all of Adel, 
several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great- nephews. She was 
preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Dianne Gandy.
  Funeral services were held Nov. 15 at 4 p.m. at Boone Lipsey Funeral Home 
Chapel with Rev. John Hendley officiating.
  Interment was in Antioch Church Cemetery.
  Pallbearers were Jacob Taylor, Cory Green, Ricky Trimm, D.J. Giddens, Michael 
Spriggs, Jody Warren and Chad Woodey.
  Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
