Born September 26, 1939, in Moncton Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada to the l late John Arthur and Margaret Elizabeth Alexander MacDonald, he served in the U U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor. He was also an electrician and member of N Nashville Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include his wife, Gladys Taylor MacDonald of Nashville; six daughters and four sons-in-law, Denise and John Woods, Sonya Roland, Ina Chaney, Pat and Lou Perez, all of Ocilla, Margaret and Wayne Woodruff of Tifton, Sheila and Johnny Wade Hendley of Nashville; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Bill Hugg of D Dresher, PA. Funeral services were held Jan. 13 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Ho Home with the Rev. Clayton Dowd officiating. Selected music was provided. Interment was in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers were Mason Hendley, Gerald Cribb, Jason Roland, Colton C Chaney, Hunter Chaney, Ronnie Bradford. Honorary pallbearers were Flick Taylor, Shaun Hall, Gary Hendley, Phillip Griner Griner, Susan Griner. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
