 Kathleen Mildred May, 86, of Nashville died March 7, 2014, at South GA Medical 
Center Berrien Campus.
 Born February 16, 1928, in Doerun to the late Elbert Oscar and Janie Gunter 
Bailey, she was a homemaker and member of Hope Baptist Church. She was the widow 
off D.C. May who died in 2002. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Dewey 
May and Billy Jack May; five brothers, Obin, Henry, Oscar, Emory, and Paul 
Bailey.
 She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Nancy May and Wayne 
and Barbara May, all of Nashville; two daughters-in-law, Weida May of Nashville 
and Beatrice May of Butler; eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held March 10 at 11 a.m. at Hope Baptist Church with the 
Revs. Scott King and Steve Pickern officiating.
 Interment followed at Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
