Born November 21, 1922 in Berrien County to the late Bethel and Abbie Alexander McMillan, she was a retired secretary and billing clerk for the Nashville office of Georgia Power Co. She was a member of Nashville First Baptist Church. Survivors include three sisters, Emily Dawkins of Tallahassee, FL, Ruby Rutherford of Douglas and Jean Lee of Newnan; two brothers, Raymond McMillan of Atlanta and Bethel McMillan, Jr. of Jonesboro. Funeral services were held July 14 at 4 p.m. at Nashville First Baptist Church with the Revs. Rick Williams and Billy Southerland officiating. Deborah Boyd sang "How Great Thou Art" and "Because He Lives," accompanied by Jan Rowe. Interment was in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Terry Dawkins, David Dawkins, Keith McMillan, Ron Ridenour, Ardis McMillan, Mark Karras, Mike McMillan. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangement.
