Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Bobby Fussell, the Rev. Jackie Connell and the Rev. Kevin Stone will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Luke Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville. Mr. McMillan was born on Aug. 11, 1923, in Atkinson County. He was the son of Quincey McMillan and Stella Tucker McMillan, both deceased. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. McMillan is survived by his wife, Leola Luke McMillan of Alapaha; two daughters, Shirley Durden of Nashville and Sandra Parrish of Alapaha; five sons, Danny McMillan of Alapaha, Bill McMillan of Lenox, Quincey McMillan of Adel, Perry McMillan of Ocala, Fla., and James McMillan of Stevens City, Va.; two sisters, Florence Futch of Willacoochee and Florene Bobo of McDonough; two brothers, Earl McMillan of Lilburn and J.Q. McMillan of Willacoochee; 16 grandchildren; one step-grandson; and 16 great- grandchildren. Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
