 Othell P. McMillan, 83, of Alapaha died November 28, 2013 at Sunrise Health 
Care in Moultrie, GA.
 She was born December 27, 1929 in Berrien County to the late jake Rayford and 
Leila Ethel Rowe Parr. She was a homemaker and retired teller with Citizens 
Bank in Nashville. She was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church and the widow 
of Charles McMillan.
 She is survived by two sons, Barry (Angela) McMillan of Alapaha and Rev. Jimmy 
(Claire) McMillan of Douglas; five grandchildren, Brandon (Nickie) McMillan, 
Andrea (Clay) Davis, Jennifer Cooper, Jim McMillan, and Jacob McMillan; four 
great-grandchildren, Callie Cooper,  Blaine Cooper, Murphy McMillan and Lollie 
McMillan.
 Funeral service were held November 30 at 11 a.m. Flat Creek Baptist Church 
with the Revs. Mickey Lindsey and Gary James officiating. 
 Interment followed at Flat Creek Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
