Edward E. Miller, 78, of Nashville died April 11, 2014, at the VA Medical Center 
in Lake City, FL.
 He was born January 9,1936, and served in the United States Army. He was 
preceded in death by his wife, Emma F. Miller, and one son, Leslie McClain.
 Survivors include his sons, Bobby McClain of Nashville, Gene McClain and Marvin 
McClain, both of FL; two daughters, Beverly McClain and Vivian S. Mixon, both of 
Nashville; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held April 15 at Nashville Holiness Church with Rev. 
Johnny Smith officiating. Music selections by the Willifords were “Go Rest High 
on That Mountain,” “I Want us to be Together in Heaven,” and “Lord, I’m Coming 
Home.”
 Interment followed at Nashville Memorial Gardens with military rites.
 Active pallbearers were Rex Allen Cornwell, Shawn McClain, Robert McClain, 
Hilton Griner, Randy Kelley, Eddie Brogdon.
 Purvis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
