 Henry Eugene "Gene" Moore, 77, of Nashville died February 22, 2005 at Berrien 
County Hospital.

 Born August 19, 1927 in Camden County to the late Hugh Edward "Brooks" and 
Mittie Jones Moore, he served South Georgia and North Georgia as a Southern 
Baptist minister for 20 years and was a member of Nashville First Baptist 
Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife, the late Bernice Atkins 
Moore.

 Survivors include his wife, Cleo Casey Moore of Nashville; two daughters, 
Marie Sessoms of Lewisville, NC and Karen Myers of Murphy, NC; three brothers, 
Howard Moore of Rockmart, Clayton Moore of Kingston, Jerry Moore of 
Taylorsville; five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held February 26 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral 
Home in Cartersville with the Rev. Charles McPherson officiating.

 Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cartersville.

 Pallbearers were Jeffrey Sessoms, Tom Baldree, Howard Moore, Clayton Moore, 
Michael Shepard, Rick Lemieux, Jerry Moore, Bryan Ayers, Tommy Morris.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
