NASHVILLE - Joshua Brad "Josh" Murphy, 22, of Nashville died Thursday, July 3, 
2003 in Lowndes County from injuries received in an auto accident.
 He was born Feb.. 4, 1981 in Tarrant Co., Texas to Marvin and Connie Shivers 
Murphy. He was a student at Valdosta State University and member of Nashville 
First Baptist Church.
 He is survived by his parents, Marvin and Connie Murphy of Nashville; one 
brother, Adam Murphy, Nashville; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Carter of 
Chaserville; step paternal grandmother, Rebecca Murphy, Moultrie; and maternal 
grandparents, James and Clara Shivers of Nashville.
 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2003 at Flat Creek 
Baptist Church with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating.
 Burial will be held in Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7-9 
p.m. today at the funeral home.
 Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
