 Melvin Julian Murray, 68, of Nashville died September 14, 2014, at SGMC Berrien 
Campus.
 He was born July 9, 1946, in Berrien County to Julia Bailey Murray and the late 
Owen Edward “Buck” Murray. He was a retired grocery buyer with the J.H. Harvey 
Company, a member of the Nashville United Methodist Church, and a U.S. Army 
veteran.
 Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Frances McGee Murray of 
Nashville; son, Darian Murray of Nashville; daughter, Connie (Chuck) Moore of 
Brunswick; three brothers, Billy (Mary Alice) Murray, Bobby (Linda) Murray, all 
of Nashville, and Larry (Denise) Murray of Lilburn; five grandchildren, Connor 
Moore, Cayden Moore, Katie Julia Murray, Jake Murray and Emily Cornelius.
 Funeral services will be held on September 17 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of 
Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett, Mr. Billy Wheless, and the Rev. 
Willie Heath officiating.
 Visitation will be held on September 16 from 6-8 p.m.
 Lovein Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
