NASHVILLE -- Mildred Myers, 81, of Nashville, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2002, at 
Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center. 
 She was born on Feb. 23, 1921 in Clinch Co. to Jesse Swinson and Florence 
Courson Gaskins. Mrs. Myers was a homemaker and member of Mt. Pleasant 
Missionary Baptist Church. 
 She is survived by her husband, Weston Myers of Nashville; son and daughter-
in-law, Wes and Gayla Myers of Washington, D.C.; two grandchildren, Wade 
(Robin) Myers and Carla Myers; and one great granddaughter, Graycen Myers.
 Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, 2002 at Mt. Pleasant 
Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Stan Stalvey, the Rev. John Hendley 
and the Rev. R. T. Castleberry officiating. Burial will be held in Gaskins 
Cemetery.
 Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. today at Lovein Funeral Home.
 Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
