VALDOSTA -- Faye Parr-Price, 70, of Valdosta died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, at 
her residence.
 She was born on May 13, 1933, in Bartow County to James Oscar and Beulah Mae 
Smith Faulk. She was a homemaker and the widow of James "Jeep" Price who died 
in 2000.
 She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Parr of Valdosta; one son, Ray Parr of 
Hahira; four grandchildren; Josh Lehman, Scott (Whitney) Lowery, Allegra 
(Dane) Peters, Elizabeth (Chad) Adams; special friend, Noah "Red" Parr, 
Valdosta; one sister, Jonnie Ward, Macon and two brothers, Joe Faulk, Macon, 
David Faulk of Warner Robins.
 Graveside funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004, 
in Oakey Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Junior Swain officiating. Visitation 
will be held from 7-9 p.m. today.
 Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
