 Faye Parr-Price, 70, of Valdosta died January 25, 2004 at her residence.

 Born May 13, 1933 in Bartow County to the late James Oscar and Beulah Mae 
Smith Faulk, she was a homemaker. She was married to the late James "Jeep" 
Price.

 Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Parr of Valdosta; one son, Ray Parr of 
Hahira; one sister, Jonnie Ward of Macon; two brothers, Joe Faulk of Macon and 
David Faulk of Warner Robins; four grandchildren.

 A graveside service was held January 28 at 4 p.m. at Oakey Grove Cemetery with 
Rev. Junior Swain officiating.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
